Almond Milk/Ginger Spread/Almond butter/Pumpernickel Bread

I'm in the mood for a snack. . A tasteful nutritious snack. . "Voila".. . here is my twist on the good ole peanut butter and jelly.  Let's invite some new members to the mix. Ginger spread made from the stem of Ginger.. 0% Trans fat and Saturated Fat and great tasting. .along comes nutritionally sound Almond Butter who is cholesterol free .. very low in sodium..high in magnesium and manganese (an element of iron FE) a necessity for the cleanliness of the blood.. .These two, Ginger Spread and Almond Butter will join their biggest fan Pumpernickel bread. .Pumpernickel which has 4 to 8 times as much resistant starch as breads made with wheat or barley...resistant starch benefits blood sugar as it does not digest easily ..all to be washed down in the midst of a waterfall of Almond Milk. . .Almond milk being beneficial to the heart, skin and bones Vitamin A for eye health. . .All of which we need to maintain. . .especially the eyes so we can focus and smile at this wonderful picturesque snack we are about to devour with pleasure.
